HOW IT WORKS

1. Initial Consultation & Site Visit

Every great project begins with a conversation! We start by scheduling an in-person site visit (or reviewing video of your property if it's more convenient).

During this consultation, we:

  • Assess the space and discuss your goals for the property.

  • Provide expert recommendations on how to maximize the space’s potential.

  • Understand your vision and budget to create the perfect design concept.

Consultation Details:

  • Duration: 30-60 minutes

  • A report with personalized improvement suggestions is provided after the visit.

  • Cost: $250 which will be applied towards the total cost of staging services.

2. Custom Quote & Proposal

Based on the initial consultation, we’ll provide a custom quote tailored to your specific needs. This includes:

  • A breakdown of all costs related to staging, including furniture, decor rentals and light fixtures, labour, and additional services like fresh flowers for photoshoots.

  • For each project, we’ll offer full-service staging, partial staging, home decor packages, or styling services, depending on what will work best for your space.

    *Each project requires a custom quote, which will be provided after a site visit or video review.

3. Booking & Payment

Once you approve the quote, it’s time to secure your staging date. Here’s how we handle the payment:

  • 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your project.

  • The remaining 50% balance is due on installation day, when the staging is complete and ready for its photo shoot or showings.

*Initial Rental Term: 30 days. Renewals can be extended for an additional fee. 

4. Staging Day: Bringing the Vision to Life

On the agreed upon staging date, our professional team will arrive on-site and get to work:

  • Full-Service Staging: We will transform your entire property, styling every room to create a cohesive look from start to finish.

  • Partial Staging: If your home already has furniture, we’ll integrate our curated pieces into your existing setup, making sure everything flows perfectly.

  • Home Decor Package: For properties that are furnished but need a decor refresh, we’ll add the final touches that make the space feel complete.

*We ensure all furniture, art, light fixtures and decor are placed to perfection or installed, maximizing the property’s appeal.

5. Photo-Ready & Show-Ready

Once we’ve staged the property, we make sure it’s photo-ready, with fresh flowers added just before the shoot. This final touch adds vibrancy and life to the space, helping your property shine in all its glory.

6. Destaging After the Sale

Once your property is sold and the deal is firm, we’ll return to destage removing all furniture and decor we provided. This service is included in the staging cost, ensuring a smooth transition as you move forward with the sale.

7. Ongoing Support

If you need any adjustments or additional services, such as moving/decluttering services, painters or furniture renewals we’re here to help! We offer flexible rental terms with an initial 30-day rental period and the option for subsequent renewals as needed.
